crazy999 Bonus & VIP
This guide explains every bonus at crazy999, how wagering requirements work, which games count toward rollover, and what you get at each VIP tier. Read this before claiming any offer so you know exactly what to expect.
Welcome Bonus: Get ৳26,500 on Your First Deposit
New players at crazy999 receive a 205% match bonus on their first deposit, capped at ৳26,500. Deposit ৳12,927 or more to claim the full amount. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500.
The bonus activates automatically when you make your first deposit. You have 7 days to complete the wagering requirement. If you don't finish within this period, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
Reload Bonus: 20% on Every Deposit
After your first deposit, crazy999 gives you a 20% reload bonus on all subsequent deposits. There is no cap on the bonus amount, and the same 8× wagering requirement applies.
For example, if you deposit ৳10,000, you receive an additional ৳2,000. You need to wager ৳16,000 (8 × ৳2,000) to unlock the bonus. The reload bonus is credited instantly and follows the same game contribution rules as the welcome offer.

Daily Cashback: 1.1% on Net Losses
crazy999 calculates cashback every 24 hours based on your net losses from the previous day. All players start at 1.1% cashback, which increases as you move up VIP tiers.
Cashback Calculation Example
Cashback is credited automatically to your account at 00:01 UTC+06 each day. There is no wagering requirement on cashback—you can withdraw it immediately or use it to play. If you have a net win for the day, no cashback is calculated.
Referral Bonus: ৳375 Per Friend
Refer a friend to crazy999 and receive ৳375 when they complete their first deposit of at least ৳500. Your friend must register using your unique referral link, which you can find in your account dashboard.

Your VIP tier is updated automatically at the end of each month based on your total turnover from the past 30 days. Turnover includes all bets placed across slots, live casino, sports, and lottery games. To maintain your tier, you need to meet the monthly threshold again. If you fall below, you drop to the previous tier but keep any benefits earned during that month.
Legend tier players receive a dedicated account manager who provides priority support, exclusive event invitations, and customized bonus offers. Contact support after reaching Legend status to be assigned your manager.
Common Bonus Violations to Avoid
crazy999 monitors bonus usage to ensure fair play. The following actions will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Prohibited Actions
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once
- Using VPNs or proxies to hide your location or circumvent regional restrictions
- Placing opposite bets (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette) to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk
- Collaborating with other players to manipulate outcomes or share bonus funds
- Withdrawing your deposit before completing wagering requirements, then redepositing to claim another bonus
- Playing games that are excluded from bonus wagering (these are blocked in your lobby while a bonus is active)
- Requesting a withdrawal while wagering requirements are incomplete, which cancels the bonus and any associated winnings
If you accidentally trigger a violation, contact support immediately at [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved if you explain the situation before the system flags your account.
Bonus & VIP Questions
Can I claim both the welcome bonus and reload bonus on the same deposit?
No. The 205% welcome bonus applies only to your first deposit. All subsequent deposits receive the 20% reload bonus. You cannot combine them or skip the welcome bonus to claim reload offers instead.
What happens if I don't complete wagering within 7 days?
The bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited after 7 days. Your original deposit and any winnings from non-bonus funds remain in your account. The timer starts the moment you activate the bonus.
Do sports bets count toward wagering requirements?
Yes. All sports betting markets, including cricket, football, tennis, and live events, contribute 100% of your stake toward wagering requirements. Only settled bets count—voided or canceled bets do not contribute.
How is VIP tier calculated each month?
Your tier is based on total turnover (all bets placed) over a rolling 30-day period. At the end of each month, the system checks your turnover and assigns your tier for the next month. If you drop below the threshold, you move down one tier.
Is cashback subject to wagering requirements?
No. Daily cashback has zero wagering requirements. Once credited to your account, you can withdraw it immediately or use it to place bets. Cashback is calculated on net losses only—if you have a net win for the day, no cashback is issued.
Can I change my VIP tier manually?
No. VIP tiers are assigned automatically based on your monthly turnover. There is no way to skip tiers or manually upgrade. Play regularly to increase your turnover and reach the next tier.
What if I withdraw before completing wagering?
If you request a withdrawal while you still have an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are canceled. Your original deposit and non-bonus winnings can still be withdrawn. Once you cancel a bonus, you cannot reactivate it.
Do I need to opt in to receive the reload bonus?
No. The 20% reload bonus is credited automatically on every deposit after your first one. You don't need to enter a promo code or contact support. The bonus appears in your account within minutes of your deposit being confirmed.
